Bakgrund

My name is Anna Lenngren and I am a certified nutrition and health coach, trained at the Paleo Institute, which offers the Nordic region’s most solid and in-depth training in the field. I have also trained in personal development, psychology and conversation methodology. I am a natural scientist at heart and in my previous professional life have worked as an NO teacher, real estate agent and property manager. I am 49 years old, happily married and have two teenage sons and two bonus children. We live in the peace of the countryside, among fields and horse paddocks, a little outside Norrköping. When I’m not working or hanging out with my big family, I love to sing, read books, cook and work in the garden. I also spend some time at the gym and out on the running track.
I have long had a burning interest in nutrition and health, and when I changed my diet myself, I experienced such a marked improvement in health that my interest deepened even further. From previously suffering from, among other things, painful IBS stomach, adult acne and eczema, I am now completely free of this – only by changing my diet.

Nowadays I read everything I can come across from the latest research. I follow the scientific development and continue to educate myself in order to be able to offer evidence-based and up-to-date content. It’s really amazing how much you can relatively easily improve your health, if you only have the knowledge!

After inspiring several people in my vicinity to, with my guidance, improve their health in various ways, I felt that this was something I wanted to do professionally. It is truly fantastic to be able to coach someone in their health journey – guide someone on the way to implementing the changes that lead to long-term improved health and quality of life.
